Hi there! I am Natalia Pradeep Hule. I was born in Bombay and raised in Bombay, Jeddah and Thane. I hold a Bachelors in Science: Agribusines from Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, Dapoli and a Masters in Sustainable Agricultural Development: Food Security for Development (I know! It’s long!) from Université Paris-Sud 11, Paris. I was a volunteer at the FAO of the UN in Rome, Italy and I later worked in Mandla and Dindori in Madhya Pradesh, India for a women farmers’ empowerment programme of the NRLM. I was also a part of the TCS mKRISHI. I write here about agricultural development, largely about India because this is what I’ve worked in.
The term Buleria, a fast Flamenco rhythm, comes from the Spanish term Burlar, to poke fun at. Humor is my preferred coping mechanism to deal with everything in life and this blog is one of the outlets for it. Hope you like reading and do let me know what you think.
